Coverage and installation

We draw a clear line between field service coverage and having a permanent office, and we do not publish cities for marketing purposes.

Field service

Installation and field service are available in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar.

Other cities

Installation can be arranged elsewhere depending on the request, vehicle count and technician scheduling. Tell us the distribution and we will set a realistic schedule.

Data use notice

The details you enter in this form — name, mobile number, company, city, service type and vehicle count — are used for one purpose: contacting you about your enquiry and preparing a quote.

We do not share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not ask for passwords, credentials or document images in this form. If we later need any sensitive information to deliver a service, that happens with your consent over a direct channel.

Before you get in touch

What speeds up an accurate quote?

Vehicle type and class, the count, the city or distribution across cities, and your registered activity if the enquiry relates to a regulatory requirement. Those four are enough for an accurate preliminary quote.

Do you give prices over the phone?

We will give an approximate range once the case is clear, but the final quote is written and sets out device, installation, subscription and warranty. We prefer it in writing because it protects both sides.

I have devices from another supplier and I am considering switching

Tell us the device model, the count and the subscription status. In some cases existing hardware can be reused and in others it cannot — and we will tell you which applies before you pay.

My question is about an official document, not a device

Read the operating card page or the Meezan card page first. If the question remains, write the document name exactly as you received it in the form and we will point you in the right direction — even if the answer is that it falls outside our services.
