Reefer tracking and temperature monitoring
In food and pharmaceutical transport, the problem is not that the temperature rose — it is that you only found out after delivery. Continuous monitoring turns that into an alert at the time and a record you can review later.
What the solution provides
Ranges, accuracy and installation are set by the sensor model and the reefer's build, and we state them in the quote.
Reading and logging
- Continuous temperature reading inside the body
- More than one measurement point in a large or multi-compartment reefer, where needed
- Readings tied to location and time, so you know where and when a range breach happened
- Wired or wireless sensing, depending on the reefer and cable routing
Acting and evidencing
- An alert when the reading leaves the range you set per cargo type
- Door-open or cooling-interruption alerts — subject to the sensors added
- An exportable time-stamped log for post-delivery review
- Logs tied to the trip, vehicle and driver in the platform
What we clarify before committing
If you need temperature records for a regulatory or contractual purpose — a regulator, or a customer such as a pharmacy or retail chain — the important question is: what format, accuracy and retention does that specific party require?
We provide the measurement, the alerting and an exportable log. But we do not claim approval or conformity with any particular body's requirement before seeing that requirement in writing and verifying the solution can meet it. Send us the requirement as you received it, and we will answer with what we can evidence.
Nor do we promise that monitoring prevents cargo spoilage. Monitoring detects, alerts and documents; preventing spoilage depends on the refrigeration unit itself, its maintenance and how it is operated.
What we need to know
- The cargo type and its required temperature range (chilled, frozen, or a specific pharmaceutical range)
- The reefer type: single compartment or several with different ranges
- How many measurement points each vehicle needs
- Whether a specific regulatory or contractual requirement governs log format and retention
- How many refrigerated vehicles you run and how they are spread across cities
- Who receives an out-of-range alert, and what action is expected of them
