This policy explains what this website collects, why, and how it is used. It is written to describe what actually happens rather than as generic boilerplate.
1. What we collect
- Quote form data: name, mobile number, city, service type, vehicle count, and optionally: company name, vehicle type and model, transport activity, the document name you asked about, how many devices you already have, and anything you write in the notes field.
- Technical data tied to the submission: country code and browser type, used solely to filter automated submissions and limit abuse.
- We do not collect: passwords, credentials for any system, document images, or plate, chassis or IMEI numbers through this website.
2. Purpose of use
Your data is used for one purpose: contacting you about your enquiry and preparing a quote or technical answer. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Retention
Enquiry data is held for no more than 180 days in the technical enquiry store, then deleted automatically. If your enquiry becomes a quote or a commercial engagement, the data needed for that engagement is kept in our business records for as long as follow-up and statutory obligations require.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time by contacting the email address listed at the end of this page.
4. Who processes data on our behalf
- Website hosting and form processing provider: serves the site's pages and passes form submissions to our approved receiving channel.
- Email channel or CRM: to receive and follow up the enquiry internally.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us there, that conversation is governed by the provider's own privacy policy, not this one.
- Website analytics: analytics tooling loads only if a measurement ID is configured in the site settings. When it does load, we send it no personal data: no name, no mobile number, no email, and no vehicle identifier. What is sent are generic events such as "form submitted" with the service type, city group and fleet-size bracket.
5. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for marketing or advertising tracking. If analytics tooling is configured, it may set analytics cookies. If it is not configured, no tooling loads and no analytics cookies are created.
6. Your rights
- Request to know what data we hold in connection with your enquiry.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your enquiry data.
- Object to your data being used for any contact you did not request.
7. Privacy contact
For any request about your data, contact us at the email address in the site footer, and put "Privacy request" in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.
